Teaset Zoetrope (2019)
Senior solo project. An experiment in medium. The goal was to have a tea set that spins by way of the steam escaping from the kettle, then sets off a strobing light at intervals, creating the zoetrope effect. The show is over, the water is hot, the audience has tea. This wasn't physically possible so it became a stop motion piece.

I was out walking someone's dog and wearing pink rubber shoes, and saw a woman wearing an outfit that was all the same shade of pink except for the shoes. The conversation about trading shoes remained in my fantasy, though.
